I’m not a person who normally writes reviews, but the customer service and satisfaction in this instance due to Mike’s insight were so next level that I can’t help myself. I’m not sure how to properly convey the depth of gratitude for his time, knowledge, and assistance. It is also refreshingly clear that he loves his daughters and wife so much (the reason why he is in the organic bed business), which I profoundly respect and celebrate.
The mattress is pretty good too. I honestly couldn’t peel myself out of bed this morning, which is not typically an issue. I’m a little concerned that I may get too lost in dreamland as time goes on with this organic latex Savvy Rest that he sold me. Is it all a trick? Is this really the life I’m living? Am I lucid? I can’t really tell anymore and I am crediting it to this new sleep experience. Thank you, Mike!
